At Torques Games, we know you're eager to get your gear and start your next adventure. We are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the following information about our shipping processes.


1. Order Processing Time


· All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

· Please allow additional time for order verification during high-volume sales periods.


2. Shipping Destinations


· We currently ship within the United States and to Canada.

· We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a complete street address for delivery.


3. Shipping Methods & Costs


Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

*Overnight orders must be placed before 12 PM PST to be delivered the next business day.


International Shipping (Canada):


· Delivery times are typically 7-14 business days.

· All shipping costs and import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.


4. Order Tracking


· Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.



5. Delivery Issues


We do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, but sometimes issues are outside of our control.


· Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

· Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one is home for a signature-required item), the carrier will typically leave a notice. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the carrier's instructions for redelivery or pickup.

· Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier but are lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office and neighbors first. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.


7. Returns & Exchanges Due to Shipping


If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scott@torques.tv with your order number and photos of the product/damage. We will gladly arrange a return or exchange at our expense.
